Dr. Gayoso was born in Brazil, where she attended medical school at the University of Rio De Janeiro. She moved to the U.S. in 1993 and finished her residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. She practiced in Indiana where she worked for three years in underserved areas, helping multicultural communities.
Returning to Orlando in 2002, she partnered with Central Florida Pediatrics for six years and then in 2009 founded iKids Pediatrics.
Today, as the President and Senior Director of IKIDS, she enjoys her multicultural practice as well the doctors and staff she works with. Above all, she loves being married to her husband of 28 years and having two young sons that are now attending college.
They have great pediatricians, both Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Gayoso are super nice. They take time to listen to concerns and answer your questions. Appointment times could be better, they’re usually super busy. But they’re also very good at fitting you in last minute as long as they have availability.
I can honestly say that Ikids pediatric is by far my favorite pediatric office. The staff is amazing with kids, they love my children and treat them like their own. The doctors are amazing at what they do. I never had any problems specially when scheduling last minute appointments. They office is so clean and kid friendly trust me you won’t regret it.
We have been patients for a while now and I love it! Dr Gayoso is effecient and thorough. She is very informative and treats my 12 yo daughter as the young patient that she is. She educates the patient and the parent. My only complaint is the wait time, but you have to be realistic. You will wait wherever you go and if you are seen within 5 minutes, question your healthcare. The staff is super busy, but atleast smile when you arrive. I am giving them 5 stars because our experince has always been a good one.
Dr. Gayoso’s staff is attentive and cordial. Dr. G is very personable, She listens to her patient’s concerns and genuinely cares. She’s my #1 choice for a Pediatrician.
