Our Founder's Vision
Lee Vista Pediatrics is constantly striving to lead in patient experience, clinical outcomes, and patient education.
When Dr. Marcia Gayoso welcomed her first patients on April 13, 2009, her mission was clearly in place:
to provide better quality care of the well and the sick, evaluating their problems, concerns, and educating those who we serve.
Lee Vista Pediatrics’ founder, drawing from her years practicing medicine, believed in diverse specialists working and thinking as a unit.
This kind of cooperation, efficiency and shared vision has fostered excellence in patient care and education. These principles endure today at Lee Vista Pediatrics.
Statement of Values

Commitment to Principles
Childhood is a unique and valuable stage in the human life cycle. Our paramount responsibility is to provide healthcare and education in settings that are safe, healthy, nurturing, and responsive for each child. We are committed to supporting children’s development and learning; respecting individual differences; and helping children learn to live, play, and work cooperatively leading a healthier life. We are also committed to promoting children’s self-awareness, competence, self-worth, resiliency, and physical well-being.
Families are of primary importance in children’s development and well-being. Because the family and the early childhood practitioner have a common interest in the child’s well-being, we acknowledge a primary responsibility to bring about communication, cooperation, and collaboration between the home and early childhood program in ways that enhance the child’s development and well-being.
